Such as lethargic and catharsis
Then there are meanings
That I do not know the words of
Like how I feel right now

Sums it up so perfectly. Even as a so-called poet, there are times when there are no words for how I feel.
I think we lack the words when we have so much inside of us. Like a jar full of emotions labeled “Me”.
