She’s cinematic
With razor-sharp cheeks
Innocent lips
And a tongue that silently misbehaves
She smiles more at night, when there’s no color
Highlighting her beauty spots, like my favorite quotations
But you can’t leave out her fine print collarbone
Nor the neck that brings out the devil
In the angel of whom I speak
Aww. Full of character and vivid intrigue! I love the authority of the language with which this was spoken, as if you know the subject inside out and she can’t hide a thing from you. You painted a picture that is both clinical, and inclined to soft feelings, at the same time. That’s something you don’t see in poetry everyday. Kudos.
Thank you. It does feel like I know her inside out. Some people just fit together better than others.
Indeed.
